SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION

Step 1:
Collect your gently used sports equipment for consignment and capture images of them. Upload the pictures to your member portal for assessment, which typically takes 2 to 3 business days on average.
Step 2:
Receive a quote through your member profile and get notified via email.
Step 3:
If your items meet our criteria and you agree with the offered price and refurbishment deposit, we'll arrange a pick-up/drop-off or delivery date to receive your items.
Step 4:
Upon the sale of your item(s), you'll be notified through the member portal. You can choose between:
- Receiving payment (within 3 to 4 business days)
- Opting to wait until all your items sell for a combined payout.
Step 5:
If your item hasn't sold within 45 days, the list price will be reduced by amount deemed appropriate. Alternatively, you can choose to have the items returned to you, covering the shipping costs and utilizing the refurbishment deposit.
At the conclusion of the 120 day consignment period:
- If your items haven't sold, they will be returned to you, with Rebound Gear covering the shipping and the refurbishment deposit being cashed.
- If you choose not to have your items returned, the refurbishment deposit will be halved, and it can be donated to a youth in need organization.
